I think my answer to all the questions will be a reasoning YES!

My kudos to these celebrities (Jiang Qinqin, Yi Nengjing, and Wu Junru).

Not only do are they aware of what Mother Nature has given to them.

They are also unreserved about using it to contribute to worthy causes.

But first and foremost, they need to have a healthy sense of self esteem which they without doubt have demonstrated by smiling at the camera in their all so natural birthday suit!

Have it occurred to you that as celebrities, the real heat is on THEM, not YOU!

They are scrutinized all the time. Remember poor Britney?

Imagine the constant stress they have to maintain their weight and figure.

At the end of the day, it doesn’t make a difference if you are a celebrity or if you are mere mortal.

What is required is that you love yourself and in the process, learn to adore and love your body.

No one is unworthy and hence no one deserves to be treated that way.

So make sure that in all your words and actions you demonstrate a healthy dose of self love.

That will indicate to people around you that you are deserving and you expect respect from them.

Naturally, you should treat others in like manner too.

You have to first BELIEVE that you are a beautiful and loving person.

That will naturally attract people who thinks the same way about you.
