2- Online Coaching

Web Based Coaching with a body*mind*spirit approach using a powerful blend of Exotic Dance, Neuro Linguistic Programming, experiential exercises and probing questions as tools for confidence building and empowerment.

1. What is LOVE PROGRAM?

It is a creative personal development program designed for ladies to lead a Happy, Healthy and SensUal life. Hence, it has strong emphasis on building the confidence and sensUality of a woman so that she may draw strength from within to lead an inspired life.

3. What is the difference between BOOTCAMP LIVE! and ONLINE COACHING?

Both have the same function, which is to be a creative personal development program designed for ladies to lead a Happy, Healthy and SensUal life. Hence, it has strong emphasis on building the confidence and sensUality of a woman. However there are significant differences in the way the courses are being structured.

BOOTCAMP LIVE! has a hands on approach to it. Hence much focus is placed on the techniques of exotic dance and physical therapy.

ONLINE COACHING has a body * mind * spirit approach to it. You will be guided based on Exotic Dance, Neuro Linguistics Programming, experiential exercises and probing questions. You will be exposed to innovative concepts, creative ideas, sexy experiments and sensUal challenges.

4. How should I decide which option to take?

Here is the general guidelines:

BOOTCAMP LIVE! is based in Singapore, Asia. Would traveling be an issue for you?

* LEARNING STYLE

Are you a hands on person? Or are you more of a “learn at my own pace” gal?

* PREFERENCES

Would U prefer more emphasis on learning exotic dance techniques? Or would you rather have a more holistic approach to developing your confidence and sensUality as a woman?

* SCHEDULE

Studio schedule is fixed every month. Do you have a flexible schedule that can accommodate the BOOTCAMP LIVE!‘s dates?

* PERSONALITY

Do you learn better on your own or do you need to build confidence by tapping on friendship with other ladies?

4. What is Jumpstart HHS Program about?

We believe that in order to fully benefit from LOVE PROGRAM, you have to first and foremost, get to know yourself better. The SensUal side of you. The you that you will never have known, or was too afraid to let it out.

5. What’s the difference between JUMPSTART HHS PROGRAM and ONLINE COACHING?

JUMPSTART HHS is an introduction to ONLINE COACHING.

You can choose to go straight to ONLINE COACHING or use JUMPSTART HHS as a way to get accustomed to ONLINE COACHING‘s format.

It is just like the orientation camp you go to in college before you are fully in studying mode. It is not crucial but it makes you blend into college life easily.

6. What can I expect from Online Coaching?

Online Coaching Love Lesson Plans come once a week in your inbox. That serve as your homework for the week.

It is divided into:

A. My SensUal Affirmation

• Your guiding light for the week. A statement you have to religiously reinforce during the week to affirm the new you.
  

B. My Role Model

• You will be inspired and shown the way by real life role models you can emulate from.
  

C. My Love Challenge

• You will actively work on certain creative experiments which will engage your mind to embrace the new you.

D. My Exotic Dance

• You will be led through exciting body awareness exercises and sexy exotic dance techniques!

E. My Quiet Reflection

• You will reflect on how you feel doing your love lessons and be aware of the physical, mental and emotional changes in yourself.

F. My Spiritual Voyage

• You will examine universal principles to clear your mental trash and to install new programs in yourself.

G. My Cleansing Process

• You will be encouraged to make committed decisions and plans of action based on your new realizations to make way for the new you.
